My journey with HRRKoin began when I joined their internship program as part of my MBA curriculum. From the very first day, I was immersed in the world of HR tech and exposed to the inner workings of this revolutionary ecosystem. I was entrusted with real responsibilities, working closely with HR team to support recruitment efforts, conducted employee onboarding, and implemented HR policies.
AI Recruiter: The Future of Talent Acquisition
One of the standout features of HRRKoin is its AI recruiter. Traditional hiring processes can be time-consuming and biased, but the AI recruiter is changing the game. My internship involved analyzing data from Job Mining to identify emerging job trends. LinkCert: Securing Credentials with Blockchain
In an age of increasing concerns about fake credentials and identity theft, LinkCert stands out as a game-changer. It utilizes blockchain technology to securely store and verify educational and professional certificates.
